1. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all beauty products are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

•Lipsticks

•Lip glosses

•Skincare products

•Any other cosmetic or beauty-related items

 

We kindly ask you to double-check your order before confirming your purchase.

 

2. Hair Extensions

Hair extensions can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

•Must be in original, unused, and unaltered condition

•Must not be worn, washed, coloured, or restyled

•Must be returned in original packaging

 

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

 

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as Rosesglam Services cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return items.

 

4. How to Request a Return
